- 1/4 cup water or apple cider
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup butter, cut into 1″ squares.
How to make Easy Apple Crisp:

- Peel and core the apples. Slice them into 1/4″ to 1/2″ slices and place in the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle the apples evenly with the cinnamon and cover with water or apple cider.
- Place the flour, sugar and salt in a medium bowl and whisk them together.
- Add the butter and rub everything together with clean fingers until well combined (pea size mixture). If you prefer you can use a pastry cutter to mix the dry ingredients.

- Apple crisp can be covered with tin foil and left at room temperature for 24 hours. After that place the dessert in the refrigerator if you have any left.
