Cherry Roll Bombs

Cherry Roll Bombs are simple to make with only five ingredients. Bite-sized bundles of goodness with a delicious cherry center. These little gems are made in the air fryer and take only 15 minutes to make. The perfect size for breakfast or snacking – these won’t last long!!

Ingredients to make Cherry Roll Bombs:
- 1 can (8 count) plain Pillsbury Grand biscuits
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
Glaze:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3-4 tbsp milk or cream
How to make Cherry Roll Bombs:
- Remove biscuits from the can and separate them into two portions. Press each biscuit into a 4-inch circle so you have 16 pieces.

- Spoon about one tablespoon of cherry pie filling into the center of each dough circle.

- Fold the dough over the pie filling and shape into a ball sealing the edges.

- Brush all sides of the roll with melted butter.

- Place biscuits into air fryer in batches to bake. Bake at 330 degrees for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the air fryer to a cooling rack and cool slightly. Some of the rolls may open up but will still taste great.

- In the meantime, make the glaze for the rolls by whisking together the powdered sugar and milk. Glaze should be thin enough to drizzle over rolls. Add more milk as needed for a thin consistency.

- Drizzle the glaze over the roll and let the glaze set up.

- Store in air-tight container if you have leftovers.

Notes:
- May substitute other flavors of pie filling such as blueberry or apple.
- Store in airtight container for 2-3 days.
- Freeze in freezer safe container for up to 3 months.
