- 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
- 1/4 cup finely diced sweet onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, chopped into small pieces
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2″ cubes
- 1 can (16.3 oz.) biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp butter, melted (plus more to brush on after rolls are baked)
- Garlic salt blend to sprinkle on top of rolls
- Parsley for garnish, optional

How to make Garlic Cheeseburger Bombs:
- Heat oven to 375 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brown ground beef and onions in large skillet until brown then add garlic and cook one more minute. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain excess grease if needed.

- Stir Parmesan and cheddar cheeses into skillet and remove pan from the heat so cheese doesn’t melt all the way. Set aside.

- Flatten biscuits individually, then add a large spoonful of hamburger filling. Fold and seal the edges completely so they don’t leak.

- Place the filled biscuits on the baking sheet with the seam side down about 2 inches apart. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with desired garlic salt blend.

- Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

- Cool slightly and brush more butter on top if desired for more buttery taste and shine. May sprinkle on parsley flakes for garnish. Serve warm.

Notes:
- Cheeseburger bombs can be baked in a muffin pan individually to make more uniform in shape.
- Add a little extra grated parmesan cheese to the top of the muffins for more nutty cheesiness.
- You may add in diced jalapenos, diced bacon or pickles to filling if desired for extra flavor.
- Cheeseburger bombs can be made up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerated until ready to bake.
- Freeze in freezer safe container for up to 3 months for an easy last minute appetizer or snack.
