French Toast Sausage Roll-ups

French Toast Sausage Roll-ups

These French Toast Sausage Roll-ups are the best part of French toast wrapped around a savory sausage center.  It’s the perfect bite of sweet and savory.  They are handheld and dippable in maple syrup.  Just roll up, dip in egg mixture, and fry in a skillet until they are golden brown.  This is easy comfort food with the french toast and sausage in one.  A fun food for breakfast,  brunch, or a pajama party.  Easy and fun is my idea of the perfect breakfast.
