Why you’ll love this smoothie:

  • Tropical Flavor Explosion:  The perfect balance of sweet mango and creamy coconut milk.
  • Naturally Sweet & Dairy-Free:  No refined sugar or dairy needed – just pure fruit goodness.
  • Quick & Easy:  Ready in under 5 minutes with just a blender and a few ingredients.
  • Perfect for Breakfast or Snack:A light, energizing and hydrating drink to start your morning or refresh your afternoon.

Ingredients needed to make a Coconut Mango Smoothie:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango (I like to use frozen to make it more slushy)
  • 1 cup cold, 100% pure mango flavored coconut water
  • 1 cup 100% coconut milk, coconut beverage or light coconut milk in a can (real coconut milk is more creamy and fatty).  I used coconut beverage to make it lower calorie.
  • 1 fresh orange, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 cup ice cubes

How to make a Coconut Mango Smoothie:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a chilled glass and add a little shredded coconut or a mango slice if desired.

Add all ingredients to blender

  • Makes one 16 oz or two 8 oz smoothies.

  • Other optional additions to smoothie could be 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup if you want added sweetness, 1 tsp chia seeds or flaxseeds for fiber.
  • Add protein peptide or protein powder (plain or vanilla) to make it more nutritionally balanced and satisfying.
  • Make it green by adding a handful of spinach for an extra nutrient boost.
