Ingredients needed to make Leftover Turkey Sandwich:

  • Mayonnaise
  • Leftover roasted turkey or turkey breast (shredded or sliced)

How to make a Leftover Turkey Sandwich:

  • Prep the bread by laying out a deli roll cut in half or two slices of soft bread.
  • Spread the mayonnaise evenly over both slices of bread.

  • Layer the turkey on top of the mayonnaise evenly on the bottom bun.  Season lightly with salt and pepper if needed.
