Prep the bread by laying out a deli roll cut in half or two slices of soft bread.
Spread the mayonnaise evenly over both slices of bread.
Layer the turkey on top of the mayonnaise evenly on the bottom bun. Season lightly with salt and pepper if needed.
Layer stuffing on top of the turkey and pat down with a fork or spoon.
Spread cranberry sauce on top of the stuffing.
Close and serve. Press gently, slice if desired, and enjoy immediately!
NOTES: *Use fresh, soft bread to avoid dryness. *Add a spoon of gravy for extra moisture. *Shred turkey instead of slicing for a softer bite. *Let cold turkey sit out for a few minutes before assembling the sandwich.
