My beef & everything sandwich is made with ground beef, veggies and ooey, gooey mozzarella cheese served on a deli roll. Makes a quick and yummy dinner in less than 30 minutes.

- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 is best)
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup white mushrooms, sliced or chopped
- 1 Roma tomato, chopped
- 1 can diced green chilis
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 Deli style sandwich rolls
Chop onion, green pepper, and tomato. Slice or chop mushrooms.
In large frying pan cook the ground beef until slightly browned.
Add onion, green pepper, mushrooms, garlic salt, salt (to taste) and freshly ground black pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender and ground beef is browned.
Add the can of diced green chilis, tomato and mozzarella cheese and cook until cheese is melted.
Serve immediately on a deli style sandwich roll.
