Ingredients

  • 1 package (9 count) King's Hawaiian slider buns (or slider bun of your choice)
  • 9 slices thin deli ham (1 slice per slider)
  • 4 1/2 cups pulled Cuban mojo roast pork - 1/2 cup for each slider (recipe link Cuban Mojo Pork Roast )
  • 4 1/2 slices Swiss cheese (1/2 slice per slider)
  • 18 slices dill pickles  (Two small cut dill pickle slices per sandwich.  I sliced up whole baby dill pickles but you could use 1 large pickle slice per sandwich or dill pickle chips)

Spread for sliders:

  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Worchestershire sauce

Topping for sliders:

  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp dried garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried onion
  • 2 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Melt 3 tbsp butter and mix spread for sliders.
  • Cut package of rolls in half if needed (some are already pre-cut).  Leave the bottom half and top half of the rolls attached. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet with sides.
  • Layer rolls with ham, pulled pork, cheese and pickle slices.
  • Slather spread mixture on top of buns and place the tops on the sliders.
  • Melt 4 tbsp butter and brush on top of the slider buns.  Mix garlic, onion and everything but bagel seasoning together and sprinkle on top.
  • Cover loosely with tinfoil and bake, covered for about 15 minutes or until sliders start to brown.  Remove tin foil and bake another 5 minutes or so until tops are golden brown.
  • This makes 9 sliders but can easily be doubled for more servings.
  • Serving size is 1 slider
